Royal Chef’s Secret Long Grain Basmati Rice with Pistachios, Honey and Mint

- 1 cup Royal® Chef’s Secret Long Grain Basmati Rice
- 1¾ cups water
- Pinch of salt
- 3 tablespoons Honey
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoons GrapeOla® Grapeseed Oil
- 1 cup chopped fresh mint leaves
- ¾ cup chopped roasted pistachios
- In a medium sauce pot, bring water to a boil. Add rice and salt and reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for 15 minutes, or until water is absorbed.
- In a small bowl, combine honey, lemon juice, and oil. Toss the rice with mint, pistachios and honey dressing. Serve warm with fresh mint leaves.
