Masala Rice Cutlets
These savory cutlets are just what you need for a dinner time treat for your family. They’re a great way to use up leftover rice, too!
Ingredients
- 2 cups RoyalⓇ Basmati Rice
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 4 tablespoons cilantro
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 beet root, grated
- 1 potato, boiled and peeled
- 3 teaspoons RoyalⓇ Besan
- 4 slices of bread, soaked
- 2 teaspoon ghee
- 1 green chili
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon garam masala
- 4 teaspoons tomato puree
- 2 teaspoons RoyalⓇ Maida
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients well to make a firm dough.
- Divide mix into equal portions and form flat cutlets.
- Heat oil in a pan and cook the cutlets a few at a time, till golden brown on both sides.
- Serve with Ketchup or your choice of dip.
